The Rugby Ball is an end-of-season celebration of the rugby club's achievements. It will be held at the Rochestown Hotel. The evening begins with a reception at 6:00 p.m., followed by a formal dinner service and awards ceremony honouring outstanding players and contributions throughout the season. The night concludes with a social gathering for players, coaches and club members.

The event will take place at Rochestown Park Hotel, with guest arrivals expected from 6:00 pm to 6:15 pm. Upon arrival, guests will be welcomed with refreshments and live music in the reception area, setting the tone for an enjoyable evening. At 7:20 pm, a bell will ring, signalling guests to proceed to the main hall for seating. By 7:45 pm, all attendees should be seated, ready for the commencement of the evening’s program. The event will officially begin with a 5-minute welcome speech, after which dinner service will start at 7:55 pm. During dessert, the awards ceremony will take place, recognising outstanding achievements and contributions. The menu for the night will feature a three-course meal, offering a delightful dining experience. For entertainment, Pat Fitz will perform, ensuring an engaging and lively atmosphere throughout the night. The main bar will close at 1:30 AM, and the resident bar will remain open until 4:00 am, providing ample time for guests to socialise and enjoy the celebration. Transportation will be provided by Kearney Bus Company, with two buses scheduled to depart at 1:30 am for non-resident guests. To ensure the safety and well-being of all attendees, medics will be on-site from 9:00 pm to 3:00 am, and hotel security will be present from 6:00 pm to 3:00 am. An unforgettable evening filled with celebration, entertainment, and camaraderie!
